To comply with GDPR Legislation, Stark Events will hold your data securely in the lead up to the event. Stark Events will share your contact details with Social Work Scotland, who will use your details for the purposes of managing the event. Your email address may also be used to contact you for surveys related to the event you attended and to inform you of future Social Work Scotland events and activities, only if you give consent to be contacted. Stark Events will only use this data to contact you with key event information and to hear your feedback. The data will then be securely destroyed 4 weeks after the event.
Please note, payment for your Conference place must be received in advance of the Conference for your place to be eligible. If you are paying the Conference fee by invoice, we ask that you please use the invoice number as a reference. It is your responsibility to ensure correct bank details are used.
Please note that cancellations must be notified in writing. Only cancellations received 21 days before the event will be eligible for a refund. Substitutions can be made at any time.
